Posted - 07 August 2012 : 18:44:40 hi all compleated mt statement of affairs and have listed who all my creditors are, but what happens if my debt is sold on without my knowledge to a debt management company my statement of affairs will therefore not be accurate. Will the OR obtain the info off all sold debts from the original creditors?

Even debts not listed at date of BR are still covered.
