my iva has just failed now going bankrupt because of my poot credit rating already i have to pay my rent 6 mths up front which i have done for 2 yrs will this amount of 3200 be taken from me and will i have to find a new rental property

Hi Jayne,

You can carry on paying as you normally would. There would be no reason that you would have to find new accomodation unless it's specifically written into your agreement.

Hi and welcome.

Why has your IVA failed?

You may still have to continue to pay upfront for your rent but you should not have to find a new property.
