 My Bankruptcy 3 year period ends this December, wil I get my land registry back ?

My Bankcruptsy 3 year period ends this December, will I get my land registry back on my property automatically I do I apply also other than initailly meeting my insolvency practioner I have not heard a thing in two and a half years, is that a good sign or will they try to sell my house still?

No it's 3 years. They value it again in 2 years and 3 months.

If it's not the property they are living in, there is no timescale.

The OR has 3 years to deal with the property if it's your home where you live.

Good Advice, Although I would say to the OP if they don't contact you within the next 48 hours you are safe anyway as that would be Wednesday (unless I have it wrong and you didn't go bankrupt in December) )

The OR has an interest in your property for two years and three months after your BR was declared so there is still the chance they could get in touch.

I would give the OR a call just to check what the position is.
