Made bankrupt 20.4.2003 but still having problems obtaining credit - apparently have 3 defults still showing 2002 how do I get rid of these?

I suggest that you obtain a copy of your records from all three credit agencies; Equifax, Experian and Call Credit to see exactly what they say. If the defaults are from 2002, then they should have dropped off last year.

If they are still on there, you need to write to those creditors and tell them to remove them.

Can I also suggest that you change your name from your email address? You are likely to be inundated with loads of spam if you leave it on.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
