We were also wondering when to stop trying to keep finding our o/draft payments of £300 interest per month, on a £20,000 o/draft??! I have heard people say that you WIND-DOWN? the company, as it is Limited, and don't have to get in touch with companies house at all ?!! to explain our predicament. Just wondered if anyone had done this, or knows of any correct procedure? Cheers.

Have a look at http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/guidanceleaflets/Guides.htm There are some guides explaining how to 'wind down' your own company.
