Can anyone tell me what I put in section 4 on the SOA for 'NET OWING'? I've put the mortgage amount in the 'amount owing' column, is net owing how much the property is currently worth?
This is in the secured part of section 4.
I may be back with other questions too, so please bear with me, want to get it right
