I have received a letter from the OR's office asking me to complete an IPO questionnaire in order that they look at Early Discharge.

Can I take from this that they are considering ED and that I am not going to get an BRU.

Hi Tess,

I agree with Jo. Get this form back within the 14 day deadline and you'll get an ED.

Hi Tess

It certainly sounds like you have been given the chance to go for an ED, just fill in the form and send it back.

Best of luck

I went BR in May 2008. I only have an IPA for the Tax i am not paying due to NIL code.

The letter advises that I can get ED automatically after 12 months but this can be less in certain circumstances and before they decide to file a notice of ED in court they want to check if my financial circs have altered to see if I am now able to contribute via an IPA.

They have stated that I should complete the questionnaire and then they will write to my creditors to let them know I may get ED to se if there are any objections.

I just wanted to know if they were thinking of giving me an ED does this mean they are not thinking of a BRU or other.

Hi Tess

That is good news. You say IPO questionaire what other details did they ask you.

Are you paying into an IPA at present, also if you have heard nothing about an BRU then that should also be good news and looks possibly like you wont be getting one.

When did you go BR as i read so many i forget.

Thanks

Jo x
