I have left a message for you on the helpline to call me please - alternatively if you are on here can you let me know - I don't mind putting it on here!
To cut a long story short, we went BR in October and our OR was not interested in an IPA. However, now the mortgage rate has gone down, so has our mortgage, substantially!
I have a couple of questions I could really do with your help in please.
