Natalia

As Julian has said we do need a bit more info from you if you dont mind sharing. We all want to advise you and help to make this situation and easier one, so if you feel up to sharing then please do give us a little more and we will be there.

If you feel you cant share on here then call the helpline, its free and confidential, you can call them, discuss your worries and an adviser will go through the options, that number is 0800 078 9367, if they cant speak straight away please do leave a name and a contact number and someone will get back to you.

Best of luck

Jo

Hi Nataliaw and welcome to the forum.

In order to ascertain if BR is right for you. I really need a bit more information:
1. Do you own your home? If so, is there any equity?
2. do you have any valuable assets like a car?
3. What do you do for a living?
4. What is your disposable income (ie. once mortgage/rent, bills, food & travel etc is paid, but before any unsecured creditors)?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Can I suggest you start with opening a new bank account . The COOP provide an account called CASHMINDER and it is a basic bank account and they are fine if you are Br.

The account offers telephone & internet banking plus a debit card DD's and SO's.

You can open it by going to a branch or by telephone - there is no online application .
