Is there any debts which can not be included in bankruptcy? Thankyou

Hi art,

CSA payments or child maintenance payment or also excluded including any debts built up from non payment of these.

Spot on as usual. The only other thing that can't be included is court fines.

Hi again art!
I know you cannot include student loans or any secured debt in BR.
There shouldn't be new debt included either, e.g a new bank loan for which you haven't made a repayment yet.
I'll let a BR expert respond and clarify these and add to if there are anymore!!
