I hope you can help me, I have read many comments about a company called Restart UK. I have already paid this company £100.00 and signed a document giving them permission to act on my behalf, after reading this adverse comments about this company I am beginning to wonder if i am being taken for a ride, none of the adverse comments I have read actually say why this company is not legitimate in the service they provide (do they run off with your money) hope you can shed some light on this matter for me because my next instalement is due on the 23rd of this month, and I am beginning to loose sleep over this

Hi again Jan,

I have removed it now... By all means send me an email - if your name is "less notorious" than mine, maybe I can add you to my Facebook

Regards, Richard

I've put your email down, but it will have to be removed - you don't want loads of spam! I can't remove it unfortunately.

Hi jan,

Yes, I am, but I am not that active on it - One of our kids set it up a while ago - my last name is Parry (I assume you know that anyway from my profile!)

Be happy to accept you on as a friend. Richard

Thanks Jan

You and yours are welcome if you are wanting a trip down south... We lived in Stoke on Trent in the early 1980s.

We live in Plymouth which is ideal for Devon and Cornwall - we have spare rooms and a swimming pool and sauna!

The offer is there ande to other "regulars" who post here.

Have just had first visit from our daughter since she gave us a new grandaughter last week - it is their first "outing"... Joy that has given me again!

Have a good day, Richard

Sun is shining in the Midlands as well, although I would rather be where you are!

I'm sure you will do a great job once your training is done, and let's face it, cyber advice is brilliant if you don't have anything else and you do a good job.

Thanks Jan,

I hope that things are well with you.

I wish I could assist people with more than cyber advice - hence the reason why I am doing the CAB training - I am on the second round of their training programme now - a while yet before they set me loose on the public by myself!!

We are enjoying our new granddaughter...and that has rounded off what was otherwise a "not so good" year - an understatement!!

Have a great day - sun is shining in Devon

Rgds, Richard

Hi

I agree with what has been said by others.

BR is designed to be a relatively straightforward process (If you have already assessed that is your route).

This forum will be able to guide you through the stages and share experiences and is FREE.

I am happy to make suggestions as you set out your situation. I am not an insolvency expert - my area is the law surrounding repossession and preventing it (where possible).

There are far too many people losing their homes, when it can be prevented.

I look forward to seeing if I or others can assist you.

One thing to remember is that there are hundreds of thousands of people in the same situation as us and if we support each other, it may make the journey a little easier!

regards, Richard
