Hi,

I have heard that when debt situation arises it is always safe to consult with a credit counselor. Then if I use a credit counselor won't I get a better credit rating than if I go bankrupt?

hi young Carter

it is always best to speak to someone about your situation.

they may have options to help. nothing will be entered whilst you are undertaking research.

however if you need to take any of the action offered yes it will count against you but by then unfortuantly your credit score may already be shot to bits and it is about finding the best option to help you out of your current situation.

UK posting ?

good luck regards Richard
