Posted - 15 September 2011 : 21:39:12 Hello, i have a joint morgage with an ex partner, but we are not married , we have 2 secured loans on the property and we are renting it out at the moment as we cant afford to make full payments , if i go bankrupt what will happen to the tennant, we are renting it out through an estate agent , can he still buy the property for a £1.00 , also i have a car on credit will they take that away from me as i use it to take my children to school. thankyou
