I'm filling in my forms prior to court date on Thursday. How can I be sure I've got all of my creditors listed? I don't want to look like I've deliberately missed any out - how does the OR check?

I thought I'd better check who I went with as well, and it was Credit Expert as well!

You got my hopes up there Kelly - I thought maybe Call Credit had finally got their act together!

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.

You're joking Kelly! When I checked my credit file with Call Credit it was way out! Apparently I was bankrupt in 2 different courts on the same day! There are a couple of other things as well that I've got to sort out with them.

Call credit is the most accurate credit report according to a recent Which survey.

Best of luck for Thursday :-)

For Call Credit you can register for free with Noddle and there is always Free Annual Report. Both of these will list your creditors.

Yes, I should've mentioned that.
You have to register with a card to begin with, and then remember to cancel within the 30 days.

Worked well for me though.

If you do take up the free trial then be sure to cancel before the end otherwise you will be charged.

You can get paper copies from all three agencies for about £2 each.

When I did mine I got a 30 day trial period with Experian which was long enough for me to collate all the information needed.

As Viki says, even if its not on your form it should be included.

I personally found out I had a tax bill which only came to light about 4 months after filing for BR, and that was automatically included no problem.

Hi Maria,

Do your best, if you have forgotten any then they will still be included.

You could always log onto Experian, Equifax and CallCredit to see all your creditors listed.
