Hi there,
i am about to fill in the paperwork to get my bankruptcy started :(. i need to pay my grandma back for lending me the fees, i know it would be a bit naughty but what would happen if i took a couple of payday loans out, what would the OR say about it my court date won't be for at least another 15 weeks. if i was to say to the OR that they were taken out to pay my fees. or is this a mega no no and could make the whole bankruptcy situation worse for myself or even refused.
Any help would be much appreciated :)

I'm glad you're getting sorted Ashley.

The paperwork can be 'tedious' depending on your circumstances.

Mine was like a huge portfolio!

Anyway, each to their own in typing or writing, personally I think its easier to read, and harder to misconstrue.

Hiya the forms are all done now i just need to have a quick read and cheack through, and then get myself booked in for a court date.

Finally can get it all sorted :).

Cheers Ashley.

You can print them and just write on them too, I guess some people find that easier than typing.

Ah...well thats good!

Makes me wonder why everyone I was with had 'scrappy' hand written affairs

That's a nice offer year 2029.

You can actually just download the blank forms from the insolvency service website.

Hi skint,
I'm not sure if this helps, but I completed my forms on my laptop, so just typed them up.
Also meant editing them/adding stuff later etc was a lot easier than continually having scraps of paper then writing the final document.

If there's a way for me to get you 'blanks' and it would be of assisstance to you or anyone else, please let me know.
