Hi Andrew,

I can't add to anything, but please speak to an expert for advice on all your options and how your joint property will be dealt with if you do choose bankruptcy.

Hi Andrew and welcome,

I agree that your partners home should be fine, and that it will be the property that is jointly owned that will come under your bankruptcy estate.

You might want to trawl some of the other posts to see how directly/indirectly your partner will be involved.

Hi and welcome,

If you have no interest in the property then it will be fine.

The property you currently own with an ex will be part of your bankruptcy.

Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference
All you leave behind will live to the end
The cycle of suffering goes on
But memories of you stay strong
Someday I too will fly and find you again
