Hi, can anyone help with a possession order for our house. It's from the insolvency trustees. The house is 50% owned by my husband and me, the other 50% and freehold belong to the housing association.

Hi Jules, and welcome,
As has been said, we could do with a little bit more information.
Also, what exactly do you want help with?
Is there equity etc?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I believe you have posted this question on the sister forum as well.

We need some more information from you - are you in an IVA or bankrupt? Is the order the RX1 which is just a restriction in the IVA?

Please let us know.

Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference
All you leave behind will live to the end
The cycle of suffering goes on
But memories of you stay strong
Someday I too will fly and find you again
