need some advice please,
don't know what to do.
I have roughly £27000 debt unsecured
and £30000 debt secured on house
My mortgage is £78000 and the house is worth approx £90000.
I am working all the hours i can, yet still have no money left for myself so i was wondering if it was worth going bankrupt and going back to my basic hours(39).
My wage is £280 a week(take home pay)

Hi Rogermc and welcome to the forum.

There are various options available to you depending on how you want to play it. May I suggest contacting Brett England or Paul Johns through the experts page.

Hi rogermc

You should speak to an insolvency professional for an informal chat about your individual circumstances as there may be other options available to you.
