Hi Anthony,

As Niobe has said, she really needs to chat to an expert to see what options are available, or you could chat to someone initially to get some information.

She may not need to declare bankruptcy.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

How much debt is she in? There could be a number of solutions available to her. I would suggest that she speaks to an expert or you could pop along to the CAB for some free advice.

There are experts who post on this forum and whose details can be found under the experts link on the left hand side of the page.
