Hi Iguana

You do not give any details about your circumstances and it may be that bankruptcy is not for you especially as your debts may not be that great. Please give the forum further details or telephone an expert for a free, no obligation chat about the alternatives.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You need to have debts amounting to at least £750. It will cost you £700 in fees - slightly less if you are on benefits. There are other debt solutions available and I would recommend that you take advice from an insolvency expert who will go through everything with you. The advice is free.

How much debt do you have?

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
