i was made bankrupt in sept 2008 so the six years on my credit record finish this month
also this month i turn 55 so would be able to access my personal pension it might well be better for me to wait until april with the new change's
my question is can my lump sum be taken by the OR |

AS the ladies have said mate you are safe. I know someone who won the lottery (3.1M) 2 days after they were discharged.
