hi all, just a quick post to say my 6 years of bankruptcy ended on the 20th of jan this year!!!! I noticed my credit score has gone up from very poor to poor

the report still shows some of my default/delinquent accounts and I wondered who do I contact to get these removed?

hope everyone is coping ok with their circumstances, please dont forget the BR does help, even if you dont believe that yet.

take care everyone.

Brilliant news about your BR dropping off.

As Niobe has said, you need to write to the data controllers of each creditor, the addresses should be in your credit report.

Good luck.

Hi,

Glad to see that your BR has gone. Any defaults should go back to the date of the order and should now be gone. You need to contact the data controllers at these firms, explain what has happened and tell them to remove the defaults.

Did you print off a copy of your discharge? If so then I would send a copy of that to them all.
