Hi Nan.d

I have a friend who runs a company which deals exactly with this type of bankruptcy. He used to be an expert on this forum and would be more than happy to give you some free advice.

*sorry - you can't provide links to another company*

Hope this helps and good luck.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
