I have been currently unemployed and with no fixed address other than a c/o address (parents). I have payday loans/ personal loans, catalogue, previous property rent arrears and an ex partner has instructed a solicitor to collect money from me, they all total around £90,000. I have no current income since Oct 2013. If i declare myself bankrupt will i be eligible and will all debt be written off?

Hi Keith,

As Niobe has said bankruptcy could well be the best option for you, but you do need to take advice so speak to someone as soon as you can.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Bankruptcy could well be an option for you and, as long as there are no CSA or court fines included in them then all debts should be written off.

Speak with an expert for some free and impartial advice as to the best way forward.
