Another question!!!!

I want to change my name by deed poll as Im newly divorced, and Im going to be applying for BR shortly.
Has any one done this and was there any complications?

I have ordered my deed poll, am I best to wait until BR is done before I get my deed poll signed?
Thanks

As has been said, should not be a problem - a copy of the deed maybe worth attaching to the paperwork

Good luck, Richard

There should not be any complications, on the bankruptcy forms you would just put "your new name also known as your old name"
