I am considering BR and I have a barclays Cashcard account where my salary is paid into and all our bills are paid out of that leaving us £30 surplus.I also have a joint Nationwide current account where my wifes income incl tax credits/child benefit is paid into and the rent is taken out of that.Would I have to declare our total income to the OR and how would the OR work out any surplus income for any possible IPO.
Also what arrears would I include in the petition.
We have an old council tax bill £2400 which we pay back to them at £130 per month. Could that be included in my BR. Also an old water rates bill.
I am currently in a DMP with payplan but will not clear that until I am 78 (if I reach 78) Depressing yes.... Getting me down No...
I would appreciate any advice as this will be my 2nd BR ( No excuses)
Just a long illness..........
Thank you

Paul the use of payplan is a good holding tool it buys you time to sort out your situation

yes council tax yes water rates

should only be your income but their is a space on the form for partners contribution .

regards Richard
