I received I & O forms from OR in January for ED. I sent all off along with a letter explaining a couple of things on 29th Jan. Heard absolutely nothing about ED and followed general advice on here not to hassle them as ED is not an automatic right. Finally decided to email the lady that I knew deals with ED although she wasnt the one the forms were sent too as a different name was on their letter. She emailed me today to say that the forms have not been received by them and as my discharge is 25th September there isnt time to process now. I am so upset, I have been checking the register EVERY day and I did think it was taking some time. Anyway had no-one to sound off to and this forum has helped me so much in the past I just had to write. Sorry.
What I would say though is if anyone else out there has been waiting 4 months since sending off forms give them a call it may be worth it. Roll on Sept 25th!!!

Mine it seems! I say I paid it, they say they didn't receive it so until they see a bank statement they won't budge.

The annoying thing is it wasn't missing in April 2009 when we agreed the amount of payments left...

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

35 IPA payments made, 1 to go - 21 days and counting!

I can't believe it's nearly my last payment!

I was discharged on 29th March 2008, and my last IPA payment is 28th June, so only 3 weeks to go.

I do have a dispute with Moon Beaver and the RTLU about my last payment date though - MB say I owe nearly £900 and I can't work out where they got that from. I phoned the RTLU who say I didn't make a payment in August 2007 so I'm waiting for a copy statement from the Co-op to prove that I did.

Needless to say I'm not impressed!

Hi Skippy

have been watching the countdown for your IPA, When is your last payment and when do you get the IPA and bankruptcy discharged.

Do you have to submit any forms like Mrs roller or is it an automatic process

regards Richard

It's typical that something like that goes missing.

You'll be fine going to the US, there's nothing to stop you going on holiday.

Have a brilliant time!

No I didnt I suppose I should have. Nothing else has ever gone astray. I think they are there buried somewhere. Im just gutted. Is it OK to go out of the country whilst bankrupt. My husband has treated me to a holiday in US in 3 weeks. I was just hoping to be discharged by now.

Sorry to hear that. Did you send the forms by Recorded Delivery? I've learned the hard way that if you are communicating with the OR it's best to send everything RD.
