I am unable to continue to meet payments - i am in rreceipt of working tax credits and expect to earn 4K this year I have sold all I can to date I am in rented accommodation the debt only arose due to divorce as I htought that I would get a settlemtn but did not I do get maintenance of 1K 500 is for my son my rent is 850 I receive working tax credits and child tax credits of approx 135 a week and 135 a fortnight from housing I work 40 hours trying to build up company but am too stressed I think my income to outgoing is about 1200 shortfall

Hello there, and a warm welcome tot he forum

We would need to have a breakdown of your debts to enable us to provide you with more detailed information as to the best options available to you

Please post details of your total unsecured debts and one of us will be only to happy to respond
