Hi i am just wondering as you have to see the judge for the court hearing should you wear a suit. I would have thought it would like more professional and curteous to do so, but I wanted to know what you think.
I dont think jeans and a leather jacket are somehow acceptable for the day.
Please advise.

Hi Jo,

I always advise smart dress, but then I am a bit of a dapper chap :)

Best of luck!

Hi Suzanne
Thanks for the info, I will make sure that I look presentable for the hearing, gives me an excuse to dress up a bit as not been able to do so for a while and I know that its only the court I wil do my best to give a good first impression.
Take care
Jo

Very often you don't actually see the Judge. As long as you are presentable I don't think there is a specific dress code.
