I'm getting together the information I need for when calling Paul at Reviva. I want to make sure I've got it all. This is on behalf of my husband, who has a hearing date of 23rd Jan.

So far I have details of debts and outgoings. Do I need anything else?

Hi MR & Mrs

I knew you would feel a lot better after speaking to Paul. You will be in safe hands with him.

I have just had a lovely conversation with Paul and just wish we'd spoken to him earlier. He is so friendly and has put a lot of my concerns to rest.

I've just had a chat with my husband and told him what was discussed and we are both very positive now. So I feel we are moving forward, in the right direction, with the help of Paul.

M&M

No its does not matter, Paul will understand and at the end of the day it will be your OH that will sign the forms and your OH that will be at the court etc with Paul.

I think Paul goes to court with all his clients, its more personal that way.

Best of luck

Jo

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Does it matter that I am calling, but it is my husband going bankrupt? It's just that he is out at work all day and I work afternoons and evenings so it's easier for me to do the initial talking.

Did Paul go to court with you? I guess he can't with everyone - perhaps we can petition to clone him so we all have a 'Paul' :)

Hi Mr & Mrs

I used the services of Paul at Reviva UK who helped me all through my bankruptcy and was great. Everyone’s circumstances are different so apart from the obvious things like details of debts and outgoings, it is difficult to say what more information you might need. Don’t worry too much if you have any information missing at the moment, when you talk to Paul he will put you right.
