hi, i was just wondering if my wife will still have to pay the full fee for br even though she is unemployed, we just had our third daughter 8 months ago and the place she was working at closed during her maternity leave...i know ill have to pay the full amount as im full time, but it would be nice if her fees were that little bit less.

When you receive your bankruptcy pack from you local county court, enclosed with the forms is a list of qualifying benefits with which to receive the reduction. There is also a scheme offered via Citizens Advice Bureau from various utility companies where low income families can get a voucher to pay for the fees on bankruptcy, but you will need to make an appointment with the CAB and know who your energy providers are to see if you qualify
