I was placed in bankruptcy in 1994 during the term of my Bankruptcy the Landou judgement was made and the Trustee was able to raid my pension fund. I was discharged in 1997. Since then the trustee has been drawing down the pension. It does not amount to a great deal of money, He offered to sell me the policies in 2009. I could not raise the £2700 cash to make the purchase. I would imagine that the amount drawn each year just covers the trustees cost to keep my Bankruptcy file open.
Is there any time limit, or can they just keep drawing this money which no doubt will not find its way to any of my creditors or can I claim the policies back? Regards
What is the Landou judgement? Not heard of it before.
Hopefully one of the experts will be along to help.
