Hi Andrew, Julian no longer posts on the forum.
Do you have a question any of us can help with?

Hi Skippy13,
Thank you very much for your reply. Would it be possible to talk to someone who is a bankruptcy lawyer as I am seriously considering that option. Would it be possible to get some contact numbers please. I am tired of running and running and I can't anymore. Please.
Andrew

Hi
Not sure that you need a lawyer necessarily. Unless very complicated and only then in my view.
There are some experts that post on this forum and can be located under experts on the left hand side.
Either post a bit about yourself, and your circumstances, or make direct contact with them by email or phone
Good luck, Richard

I agree with Richard.
You don't need to pay for assistance to go bankrupt unless it is complicated.
The forum will always help you with the forms if needs be.

Hello, if you specifically need a solicitor to help I can, but honestly any regular poster on here will be able to assist with most matters as will any of the experts.

If you are need to take advice I would recommend giving one of the experts who post on the forum a call rather than paying for a lawyer.
If you have any questions, please post them on here and there will be someone who will be able to help x

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
