Hi I am in a relationship but not married my partner has the home in their name if I was made br can the or touch her property?

Have you been contributing to the household and if so for how long and how much do you put in relative to your partner. Did you contribute to any deposit on he property or have you contributed to any major alteration to the property

Not contributed to the house in any way only food electric etc council tax in partners name too.

If you have not contributed to the property in any way then there is nothing to worry about
