Are you declaring BR or have you already? Any joint debts will defer to the party that is not BR so if you have declared BR and you have joint debts with your husband then he will be liable for the complete debt.
If you are asking whether you declaring BR will affect your husband's credit rating, etc. then BR only affects the person declaring BR and not their address, anyone living with them, any relatives, etc. |
