 is it to late to add home to the bankruptcy ?

Hi myself and my husband declared bankruptcy a couple of months back however did not include our home which we jointly own in the bankruptcy and have been able to stay here however we are finding it too expensive to continue living here with mortgage is it to late to add this to the bankruptcy or voluntarily give up our home for repossession? if so would this cost us more etc hope u can give me some insight. thanks

If you are still bankrupt and haven't been discharged you can include the home. Give the OR a call and let them know the situation.
