Hello Experts,
I have been discharged from bankruptcy for over two years now. I am wondering what the impact is going to be when I look at buying a house. Obviously, I have to declare that i was bankrupt, but is there any chance at all that they may give me a nortgage - and who would give one to me - specialist companies or high street banks? Kind Regards 369

High street banks should be ok but it will really depend upon the amount of deposit you have. With being BR banks will expect a higher deposit from someone who was BR and you will probably have to pay a higher interest rate.
