we have a joint mortgage and secured loan on the house I can afford to pay half of the bills but he is unemployed and not contributing at all if he was to go bankrupt where does that leave me?

Hi Karen

If partner goes BR any joint bils will be transferred to you, unfortauntly the amount owing does not reduce by 50%

before you and or your Partner opt for BR speak to one of the experts to the left, they may be able to look at other options.

I used paul & ken @ reviva they were fab but I have read equally good reports about the other experts.
