amy,

Do not worry.

Everyone is likely to have a mistake or two on the SOA - the OR will be fine and will probably make some amendments too!!

Relax - have a good weekend.

The court will be fine and you probably will not even see the DJ.

The OR will also be fine and you may only have a telephone interview with the OR

Then, it will all be behind you! You will be debt free and can build your life again.

Please please try NOT to be stressed - just think, phone calls gone! letters - gone! and most of all debt all gone

Hi AmyC, i strongly suggest that you reprint or recopy the forms, they could be refused for using tippex (stupid i know). If you make a mistake whilst doing them you should cross them out and initial the change.

Hi amy, good luck for Tues , dont worry honest its not really as bad as you think my husband filed on the 14/1/10 ,there was nothing to worry about the clerk actually said im not a monster with 2 heads and made us feel really at ease , its was all done in about 40mins my husband said to the clerk when he came back from seeing the judge with all signed off " so what does that mean " he said "your officially bankrupt as of now , if you get any phone calls then just give them your BR number and court you filed at . since the 14th jan we had 1 phone call from creditor gave them number no more hassle and honest hun until then our phone rang from morning till night !!!! take care

dont worry, you have all the info collected and that is the hard bit, try to get to the court as early as possible, ask the clerk, if they dont accept it the worst thing that will happen is that you will just need to copy them out, that shouldnt take that long given that you already have the info
