Well done on the discharge. Print off a couple of copies of the Insolvency Register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir) showing you are discharged as some banks will want proof. You may not be able to get a full bank account straight away so you may need to wait a few months.
Do you have a Co-op Cashminder account at the moment and isn't this sufficient?
