Myself and my partner both went BR on the day day and we have both been dealt with at the same time. When we bought back the BI in our home they only charged us one fee etc etc.

We had letters saying about early discharge and filled in our expeneses again. Now my partner has had a letter to say they have been moved to the RTLU but I'm still with the local OR.

Any idea why this maybe, he earns more than me so we did think it might be becuase he might have an IPA and I wont as I'm on incapcity benefit.

Just not sure

It could be for a multitude of reasons but is nothing to worry about. Any assets are normally dealt with by the RTLU and I have an IPA but this was set up before my case was transferred to the RTLU.

It's nothing to worry about and you will probably receive a similar letter from the OR shortly.
