We are as of today finally bankrupt. I cant say how relieved we are. I am still scared of speaking to the OR as not sure whether they will accept our expenses. We went to BEDFORD court today and all was running smoothly until the judeg gave us the bad news. Noone told us that we needed to take our letter of termination from IVA company with us. Judge simply told us that we would have to adjourn case. My heart sank. Luckily my mum was on hand to drive us home to pick up the forms and photocopy them then back to the court to declare baknruptcy. I am just so tankful they agreed to see us again on the same day. Thank you all for your help and support. Any advice on what to do and say when the OR rings would be greatly appreciated. xx
