Hi all,

Went br in June 09 and after hearing nothing from O.R having a nil Tax IPA and sending off a further IPOQ on 2nd DEC was expecting to run the full 12 months. Heard nothing and for the last couple of weeks have been checking the insolvency register daily.

To my utter surpise this morning at 0600hrs it showed me as early discharge!!! over the moon. was further suprised to recieved all confirmation of this in the post this morning.....I think i have read the letter 100 times and cannot believe it.

Dont get me wrong, Going bankrupt was not a decision made lightly and as with most of us on here was something i really had no choice in when i looked at my situation on the cold light of day.

Anyone who has worries or doubts should realise that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I now have a new start after learning a very very hard lesson and can start to plan for a debt free future.

Bottom line - People get into debt, Banks are/were happy to dish out the credit and yes we didnt have to use it but some of us had no choice. If you are considering BR then seek advice from professionals and if it is the road for you dont look back.
