after having all these thoughts of what to do and what not to do robbing peter to pay paul im sick of it and want my life back !!
right here goes we would need to do a joint br as we have the mortgage and loans that have both our names attached and one loan is attached to our house we have another 7 years of paying this we currently pay an iva of 180 a month also try to pay mortgage 560 and secured loan 559 also pay water gas electric and all other bits .... we are struggling to live cant even afford to get shopping each week thats how bad its got my wages go in each month and go out just as quick ,we have been late with some mortgage payments but up to date are paid up the end of the month will be another story my husband is worried about all the stigma attatched to going br but i dont care any more i have 2 children to worry about all though one is 18 he was recently made redundent and still lives at home my head is racing and wonder if i we will see better days ??

topsy you will see better days

Ok as you are in an IVA, how long have you been contributing ? how many missed payments ?

you must approach your IVA provider and inform them of your difficulties, you will not be able to go BR until you have a certificate of failure normally three months of non payment.

before you fail the IVA speak to one of the experts to the left so that they can start planning BR with you
