hi after being given 28 days notice by court on monday mortgage co phoned today to ask what happened and also advised me im still liable for interest and charges that are going on.i just want to check that i am covered by my br for all these charges and possible shortfall.i have not purchased bank interest back so i think im covered hopefully thanks
Don't worry it will all be covered by the bankruptcy and classed as shortfall.
