Hi All,
After spending the last couple of months researching my options and speaking with some extremely helpful and knowledgeable posters/experts (thanks for Paul at Reviva and Mel at IVA Advice Bureau), I have now booked my BR hearing at my local court.
The lady on the other end of the phone was quite apologetic and said due to the high volume of BRs the next available date was the 18th March, even she was surprised there was such a wait.
Anyway the date is now in the diary and the forms are all done, not much longer to wait.
I'll let you know how things go.
All the best,
David |

i ended up bringing my date forward by two weeks

Good luck David,
Please post as and when you need to before and/or after the hearing.
There are many here that will try to assist you. Just ask and I am sure there will be assistance waiting in the wings
Regards, Richard

I think it is a sign of the times, we had to wait just over 10 weeks for our court case.
