Hi there. Have filled in my I & E form for ED back in January not due for discharge until September 10, I havent heard anything back from OR yet. I went on Experian and found out that my Credit file has been cleaned up does this mean that I may get ED sooner rather than later?? Our old property is now on the market for more than we owe the mortgage company for. If it sells for the asking price after I am discharged would the remainder of the money after fees , etc come back to me even if my husband is still an undischarged BR?? Or if it sells after September 10 when he will be discharged do we get the money??
Sorry to ask more questions but he has been put on NT since January and as of yet Moon beaver hasnt contacted him about paying a monthly figure out of his tax, have they only got until 5 April 10.
Sorry to ramble on

Thanks
Deb

in order
1
your credit file may be cleaned up but it makes no difference to your chances of ED some creditors do this sooner rather than later and some have to be chased to do it
2
if it sells for more than outstanding secured debt your share (if you have one, and are not BR) will come to you and your husbands share (whether discharged or not) will go to the OR
3
as far as i know , when you are placed on a NT tax code you have to keep the tax you would have paid to HMRC and wait until Moonbeavers contact you for it.
the NT tax code will only apply until 5th April

ramble away and if we can help we will :o)

RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
