I make myself bankrupt or wait for one of my many creditors to make me bankrupt other than the fact i will have to pay ? Is it seen more favourably in my favour if i do the deed. For my own piece of mind things have gone on way too long and it would be best if i did it rather than wait another lengthy period of time but thought id ask. My senario is the house is getting repossessed on monday at 11am, i have no equity and theres likely to be a shortfall.I also have 30k unsecured debt so BR the way.Im seeing CAB on tuesday regarding all this but thught id get other opinion first.

most creditors will threaten BR but realistically very few will do it other than
HMRC
AMEX
Local Council Debt
a small few others, it would cost them considerably more to do it than it would cost you.
realistically it makes no difference to the BR, time or procedure after court, it is just unlikley a creditor will do it to you .

RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
