hello again. i went to pick up the BR forms from the court office yesterday, had a look at them and they look very daunting. Is there anywhere online that explains how to complete them?
Have a look on the Insolvency Service website - it will cover a lot of queries and concerns (I appreciate they may look daunting, but clear the table, have all your paperwork to hand, and it should not be too difficult once you have started - and we are always available if you have any specific concerns)
