Sorry everyone this is my third post today.

Having found your site all my questions I have had are starting to come to the surface.

If I am made personally bankrupt and my ltd company is wound up is there any reason why my wife cannot set up her own ltd company and I become an employee of this company with a salary from this?

Thinking ahead if the OR asks for my income with both me and my company wound up I will either have to trade as self employed or work for someone else and I just wondered if there was anything to prevent me working for my wifes new company?

Many thanks,

Marcus
